CT: Hi everyone. My name [:Leaders are chasing growth or fighting for survival, HR. You wear many hats. Payroll, compliance, recruitment, diversity and inclusion. Engagement and performance are important and sometimes urgent, but there isn't enough time left in the day. The second big problem is that these surveys and [00:04:00] feedback, these aren't core to the makeup of HR teams at the mid-sized company level.
Most of the team is gonna be focused on other priorities. So what ends up happening is we either guess we Google or we grope in the dark, and the result is that we do a lot of work for very little roi.
